[Bldg-sim] EP3 - A new user-interface for EnergyPlus

Esteemed Colleagues,

It is with a lot of pride that I am sharing the release of EP3
<https://ep3.solutions/> - a modeler's user-interface for EnergyPlus.

EP3 was born out of frustration with existing modeling tools. EnergyPlus is
an immensely powerful and flexible simulation engine, but we were
frustrated with existing user interfaces.

We dreamed of a tool that leveraged the power of computers to do the
detailed, repetitive work and freed energy modelers to do what they do best
– model buildings.  We've been using various iterations of EP3 as an
in-house modeling tool, and have used it to model hundreds of buildings.

*EP3 was built with a few main goals for user-experience:*

   1. Support the user in fast and clean building geometry creation
   2. One model per project - all efficiency measures can be created,
   stored, manipulated, edited and combined in one model.
   3. No HVAC system is too complex - we created EP3 so we could have
   access to EnergyPlus's powerful HVAC systems capabilities.  Whether it's
   air-side, water-side or any combination, EP3 can handle your complex HVAC
   systems.


As a bonus, EP3 can now generate eQuest model geometry!
