Weather data is a vital building performance simulation input, but it hasn’t always received the attention it deserves. To help address that, we are delighted to introduce DesignBuilder’s new Climate Analytics tool, which provides access to a vast repository of high-quality hourly weather data through a user-friendly web platform. Climate Analytics includes a wide range of analysis tools to help you identify and access the most appropriate data for your projects, plus the ability to quickly and easily create your own weather files for any location.

Earlier in the year, we brought together a distinguished panel of experts in Dru Crawley, Joe Huang, and DesignBuilder founder Andy Tindale. They generously shared their 120+ years of combined knowledge and experience to provide some fascinating and useful insights on weather data for building performance modelling.
