As a Building Performance Consultant in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

In this role, you will lead or support the sustainable design process through the analysis of high-performance design strategies and concepts, primarily through performance modeling and technical expertise, while employing consulting skills to build foundational relationships.
Develop and optimize analytical tools and processes to provide timely, design-relevant insight and sustainability expertise to internal design teams, partners, and clients.
Provide expertise to internal project teams and consistently advocate for building performance excellence on all projects.
