[Bldg-sim] Sources of EnergyPlus prototype residential buildings OTHER than PNNL?

Hi all,

Are there other openly available EnergyPlus prototype residential buildings
with extensively validated inputs similar to the ones developed by PNNL and
U.S. DOE <https://www.energycodes.gov/prototype-building-models#Residential>?
I'm
especially interested in any developed for contexts in the Global South.
