[Bldg-sim] New Large Equipment and Building Data Set - 200+ New York Buildings

The New York State Energy Research & Development Agency (NYSERDA) is
sharing data from 200+ buildings for those that sign-up to participate in
its Building & Energy Hackathon. This dataset is rich and one of a kind.
The real-time data set was collected from equipment, systems, and IOT
devices found within residential and commercial buildings. If you do
participate in the challenge, there's the opportunity of winning $55,000 in
