[Bldg-sim] underground walls

Ok, this is odd.

 

Example model attached.  Unless you define an UNDERGROUND-WALL as LOCATION  = BOTTOM the conduction is not added into the space loads.  LOCATION  = FRONT, RIGHT, LEFT, or Vx of SPACE POLYGON do not seem to work.

Has anyone else run into this?
