[Bldg-sim] eQUEST / DOE webiste down?

Hi eQUEST users,
We need to re-download eQUEST however it seems like the doe website is down
http://www.doe2.com/equest/

Anyone has any insight on this to share, when it will be up and running again, or other/new location (?) to download the software?
