[Bldg-sim] What are the best tutorial materials for my project?

Dear all,

I am a beginner in EnergyPlus (In fact, I just installed it!).
I intend to simulate the Energy flow in buildings using Phase Change
Materials by *EnergyPlus software*. Actually, I try to find out how PCMs
affect energy modeling/flow in buildings.
*In this regard, I wonder whether you experts can pass me some starters
about working with this software, particularly for my project, to learn
about it, for example, powerpoint slides, books, videos, etc.*
