[Bldg-sim] weather data Northern Europe

I assume that "Joe" here refers to me :-)

If so, I'm amused because I've been working on a paper on web services providing 
satellite-derived solar radiation, which is what  STRÅNG and CAMS are, rather than solar 
models.  I was going to write more, but then noticed that the Info tab on the website does 
a good job in explaining the data sources.
