[Bldg-sim] Reg: Query For DesignBuilder

Hi.
If you modify the U-value, Design Builder modify the insulation
layer thickness to coincide with U-value specified. So, the total wall
thickness can be modified dependent on how you have configured the Geometry
convention template (

If the Geometry convention template is not "Simple", the wall thickness
will be modify, so the net area is modified too, so for a specified lpd the
total power is different.
