Not sure what your project type is, but for multifamily residential applications, the Energy Star Multifamily High Rise Simulation Guidelines give some rules for garage exhaust modeling per 90.1 2016. See section 6.6.2 of this document:

Subject: [Bldg-sim] Parking Garage Controls

Hi everyone.

I am trying to model parking garage controls required by ASHRAE 90.1 2010 Section 9.4.1.3. What would be the best approach to model these controls? Is there a published study that suggests a certain power reduction or schedules when using these controls?

Thank you,
