Sprout- A Green Building Consultancy based out of Pune is looking for
potential experience candidates to join its diverse team of architects and
engineers. Sprout provides services in Green building certification,
Environmental performance simulation, environmental clearance and
environmental design. We are currently openings up job oppurtunities in the
field of green building certification and building performance modelling.
All positions are full-time positions and based in Pune,India.

*No.of Openings-02* *Job Position- Senior Energy Analyst* Experience:
minimum 1 year experience of working in the field of building simulation
modelling and certifications projects like LEED and IGBC. Qualification-
B.E./M.E in a relevant field of mechanical engineering, environmental
engineering, electrical engineering or any other. Job Description: To work
in the field of environmental design, certification and planning building
simulation analysis. Knowledge in the following is required- - Basic
knowledge of AutoCad is desirable
- Good Knowledge of building simulation tools like e-Quest, Design Builder
or IES and Dialux.   - Knowledge of HVAC systems is essential. Advanced
knowledge of HVAC systems especially VRV, and/or modelling of other systems
is highly desirable. - Knowledge of advanced MEP systems. - LEED/ASHRAE
90.1 Appendix G Compliance Models and reporting. - Knowledge on various
green building ratings systems like IGBC, LEED and GRIHA. - LEED AP/ IGBC
AP preferred.

M.Arch or M.Sc or M.E with minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant
field. Qualification- M.Arch or M.Sc(Environment). Job Description: To work
in the field of environmental design, certification and planning building
simulation analysis. Knowledge in the following is required- - Good
knowledge of AutoCad and Sketchup. - Very Good Knowledge on various green
building ratings systems like IGBC, LEED and GRIHA. - Very Good Knowledge
of building simulation tools like e-Quest, Design Builder, Dialux and
Ecotect etc. - Knowledge of building energy systems and services like HVAC,
Lighting, Renewable Energy etc. - LEED AP/ IGBC AP preferred. - Good
presentation skills and hands on experience of working with Corel/Photoshop
preferred.

*Job Position- Junior Environmental Analyst *Experience: Fresher B.Arch/B.E
graduate Qualification- B.Arch/B.E. (Civil) Job Description: To work in the
field of environmental design, green building rating systems. Our current
team consists of Civil Engineers and Architects who have the passion to
work in the field of green design, documentation and facilitation. Training
for green certification norms will be given during the probation period.
However basic knowledge is desired in the following areas: - Interest to
pursue a career in Environmental Design - Desire to self learn and handle
projects at individual level - Prior knowledge of climate responsive design
and related concepts. - Good knowledge of AutoCad and Sketchup. Knowledge
of Revit will be added credentials. - Basic knowledge of building energy
systems and services like HVAC, Lighting, Renewable Energy etc. - Good
presentation skills and hands on experience of working in Corel/Photoshop.
