[Bldg-sim] LEED energy modeling for projects with Atomizing Humidification

Energy modelers,
How have LEED modelers been setting up their baseline when a design has atomizing humidification?  Has anyone been successful modeling electric steam humidification in a LEED baseline energy model for this scenario?  The argument for this would be that the fuels are consistent in both models.
