[Bldg-sim] UTCI simulations track attendance in a public courtyard

Dear colleagues,

Some of you might be interested in our new outdoor thermal comfort study<http://web.mit.edu/sustainabledesignlab/projects/NorthCourtStudy/index.html> for which we tracked 16,000 regular attendees and 676,000 visitors in a public courtyard in Cambridge, MA. This study made me a fan of the UTCI metric :).
