[Bldg-sim] Admin mail loop (was: Re: Your mail to rodrigo.cerqueira at mra.qc.ca)

Sorry about this mail loop. The user that set their vacation 
message to send back to the mailing list has been set to be 
moderated so the looping should be over. This was the same 
person's away message that caused an mail loop on the 
eQUEST-users list earlier today.
