[Bldg-sim] Seeking some information regarding calculation of Heat load

Dear all,

I am wondering how can i calculate the heat loads due to the computers and
occupants in a office room in a building.

and also i am confused between heat gain and heat load. if they are same or
not. If not then how to calculate the heat gains then for the same office
room
