[Bldg-sim] How to create new trnsys component with C++?

Yongqing,

I would suggest that you get more familiar with FORTRAN instead. Maybe it's because I 
started in FORTRAN and then migrated to other languages, but I've felt that the 
differences are not that difficult to figure out.
