[Bldg-sim] Building science intern position opening immediately at Delos in New York

Dear IBPSA members,

Delos Labs is looking for a graduate student to join the team as a Building
Science Intern for fall 2016 in New York, NY. The position is open
immediately. The candidate may have opportunities to become full time.  As
the pioneer of Wellness Real Estate™ and founder of the WELL Building
Standard™, Delos is transforming our homes, offices, schools, and other
indoor environments by placing health and wellness at the center of design
and construction decisions.

   - Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on indoor environmental
   quality (thermal, air, light, acoustics, and water) and personal lifestyle
   and company policy (nourishment, mind, and fitness) and their impacts on
   human comfort, health, and productivity
   - Conduct building performance measurements and simulations
   - Help manage and evaluate actual projects (Speaking and writing in
   Mandarin is a plus)
