[Bldg-sim] Full-time Building IEQ research position opening at Delos

Dear IBPSA members,

Delos is looking for a senior research associate in Indoor Environmental
Quality. As the pioneer of Wellness Real Estate™ and founder of the WELL
Building Standard™, Delos is transforming our homes, offices, schools, and
other indoor environments by placing health and wellness at the center of
design and construction decisions.  The Delos platform includes research,
consulting, merchandising, and programming and licensing innovative
solutions for the built environment, creating spaces that nurture and
promote human health and wellbeing.

This position will assist in Delos Labs’ primary objective of broadening
the scientific and practical understanding of how indoor environments and
human behavior interact to impact health and wellness.

Candidates must possess a PhD, or Masters and at least 3 years of work
experience, in one or more of the following fields:

   - Indoor environmental quality
   - Mechanical or electrical engineering
   - Building materials and toxicology
   - Industrialized and automated building systems
   - Lighting technology and controls
   - Air quality toxicology and control
   - Building simulation
   - Acoustic comfort
   - Thermal comfort
   - Building envelopes and moisture control
