[Bldg-sim] ADMIN Changed settings related to spam (DMARC)

I just changed the a setting on the BLDG-SIM and 
eQUEST-users mailing lists to try to reduce the number of 
servers that might classify the mailing list mail as as 
spam. If it helps, I will implement the change across the 
other mailing lists. Please let me know if you receive this 
email but have not been receiving email from the BLDG-SIM 
list or if this email is flagged as spam.
