[Bldg-sim] Latest gbXML schema update: Biggest update in a decade

Version 6.00 of the gbXML schema is now available for review until October
31, 2015. This is the 1st update to the gbXML schema in over a year and most
likely the biggest update in over a decade. The main purpose of this update
is to more closely align the gbXML schema with HVACTemplate objects in
EnergyPlus. In fact, the gbXML schema can now map to over 12 different HVAC
system types within E+. Go to the following web page for more information on
