[Bldg-sim] elevators and VDI 4707

For a LEED project I would like to compare the energy performance of an
efficient elevator (class A according to standard VDI 4707) to a "normal"
(standard/baseline) elevator. The motor of the design elevator is 2,8 kW,
it can carry 400 kg and its velocity is 1.0 m/s.
How shall I consider the "normal" (baseline) elevator in your opinion?
