[Bldg-sim] Residential Care and Church prototype?

Does anybody know of model descriptions of Assisted Living and Church 
facilities that are available, or maybe have descriptions that they 
would be willing to share?  I need to develop sector typical models 
for these building types and was hoping to get a head start.  I'm 
working in Energyplus but other model formats would be useful too.
