[Bldg-sim] IES-ve (ApacheHVAC)

Dear All, 
I am new user in IES-ve. I am trying to calculate cooling,heating and lighting energy consumption in an office which has a fan coil system(attached as HVAC proposed model). I am not sure and selected a simple fan coiltemplate (attached as ApacheHVAC). I want to know whether I have to link modelto ApacheHVAC and under what conditions model should be linked to Suncast,Macroflo and ApacheHAVC.Thanks in advance for any help and consideration,
