[Bldg-sim] Download of Energy Plus software

Dear all ,

I want to download and learn energy plus . Is this the reliable link to
download it https://github.com/NREL/EnergyPlus/releases/tag/v8.3.0
or is it some other link. Please let me know and if some one has its
tutorial please send me for my help.
