Hi Jillian,

This paper from ANSYS might be useful to your project (note that it is
however a bit dated)-- it describes the modeling of fogging on automobile
windshields:

The current version of Fluent has an evaporation-condensation model which
might be applicable to what you are trying to do. I am sure you can find
tutorials from ANSYS on the use of this model.
