[Bldg-sim] how to model pool dehumidification in ECB budget system

Hello
I am looking for helps on how to model pool dehumidification in ASHRAE 90.1 ECB.
The proposed design of pool dehumidification is:  water cooled cooling (ground source), hot water heating
Using Figure 11.4.3, it would be system 7 (four pipe fan coil)
Is it a right approach? Or shall I model an identical system (DOT) system in budget model, which I consider the system is beyond figure 11.4.3 (applying item 11.4.3 (a))
