[Bldg-sim] Windows 7 and Hevacomp Run time error

Greetings, I am having problems importing dxf files into Hevacomp V8i.  I installed windows 7 recently; I did not have this problem on XP pro.  When installing (and re-installing) I did have UAC turned off, and resolved the issues with the .ink files.  But I have not been able to get past this error.

After I choose the file and fill in these fields I get the following error.
