[Bldg-sim] SAP Responsiveness

The responsiveness value appears as 'R' in the space heating
calculation.
Specifically it is in the equation for Tsc (internal temperature without
heating) in Table 9b page 143 (of SAP 2009).
An unresponsive system (low R value) results in higher average
temperatures and thus greater heating load.
An R value of 1 instead of 0.5 can reduce the space heating load by 10%.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] SAP Responsiveness
Dear,
in the SAP document The Government's standard assessment procedure for
energy rating of dwellings on page 127-130 and page 133 tables list
Responsiveness with values ranging from 0 to 1.
It seems logical to use the responsiveness in the calculation time of
auxiliary energy, however I do not find any reference to this
Responsiveness in the remainder of the document.
Can anyone tell me what the use/influence of this value is throughout
the SAP procedure?
Thanks a lot,
Leen Peeters
