A large water surface means little shading - combined with tinted large
glazing, sounds hot, yes ;-)

I know nothing about your software. Your reflectance values still appear
to be very low. 0.05 is more or less black in my understanding. For
water, I'd assume albedos between 0.05 and 0.20. For dry ground, typical
albedos are 0.20-0.30, snow e.g. can go up to 0.90.
