I would tell exactly where it is, but going by memory only, it should be in
the ASHRAE HANDBOOK "REFRIGERATION VOLUME", again I do not remember what
section of that handbook, it definitely is in there.

Does anyone know what the industry standard for thermal resistance under the
slab of an ice rink? I have the proposed level but don't really know where
to start.
