Chris,
Did the CaGBC tell you this document is yet to be published?
Despite the specificity of the title referenced in the Guide and
considering how long it took for the new modelling guidelines to be
developed, I doubt another document will be developed in addition to the
one I attached in my previous email.
Perhaps a member of the EA TAG could comment on this.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] LEED Canada 2009 Energy Modeling Rules & CIR
ExternalDeck Restaurant
Firstly,
to everyine who responded to my question regarding a document mentioned
in the LEED Canada 2009 Reference Guide specifically titled "LEED Canada
2009 Energy Modeling Rules"...thank you for all your responses however
it appears the document in question has not yet been published. This is
not the EE4 modeling guidelines or the IBPSA modeling guidelines or any
other guidelines. The title is specific.
Secondly,
I have a question regarding external deck areas for restaurants. If I
have a restaurant with and external area which is not conditioned in the
design but has considerable occupancy relative to the internal area of
the restaurant does this need to be treated as a conditioned space
regardless. Has there been a CIR relating to this question?
Thank you for your help as always.
