[Bldg-sim] Wrap-around Heat Pipe for reheat

I am trying to model the addition of a wrap-around heat pipe to an
air-handler with hydronic cooling and reheat. Has anyone been able to
successfully model this in eQuest? I know it can be done in a
spreadsheet environment, but that becomes complicated.
 
It would look something like this:
