[Bldg-sim] Zone definitions

Dear All

I am very new in EQUEST, was using TRNSYS but new company for which I work
now uses EQUEST. I am trying to simulate a 9 storey office building,
Ground and first floor shadowed by upper floors (cantilever almost 3
meter)
My questions are how can I create different zones? by changing shell
number or floor number?
How can a cantilever floor slab defined?
