[bldg-sim] entering air temp for air-cooled condensers

Hi,

I am looking for information on appropriate adjustments to entering air
temperatures for air-cooled condensers to take into account the location of
the condenser (for example, next to building and subject to solar gains,
etc.). Is any simulation program considering this, or using any such
adjustment, or is it standard practice to use information directly from the
weather file (i.e. conditions at weather station).

Any information on the method used by EnergyPlus and/or DOE-2 would also be
greatly appreciated (I had no luck finding the information in the reference
documentation).
