    We have a need for the above. The requirement is to determine summer

    electricity savings vs. ASHRAE90.1 (2007) baseline (i.e. KWs). We

    are looking for an experienced independent modeler who could do this

    efficiently at reasonable cost. <br>

    The building is just being finished now, we have all specs necessary

    and CAD drawings, which could potentially be pulled automatically

    into software to feed the energy model software more easily (i.e.

    less "manual work").  <br>

    <br>

    The BEM produced will have to be calibrated/validated vs. actual

    summer electricity consumption and logging data that we will get for

    the 3 month period, June to August, 2014. <u>The key objective is

      to produce a validated, IPMVP compliant savings vs. ASHRAE90.1

      (2007) baseline.</u><br>

    Please reply with your interest, it may be useful to be

    geographically in the mid-Atlantic area, but not necessary (we can

    help you with any reasonable field data requests). If this goes

    well, we have more in the pipeline.<br>
