the under ground car park would be naturally ventilated, with openings
approximately 2.5% of the total floor area.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt'>In order to achieve LEED certification the Perquisite Minimum Indoor
air quality must be achieved which states compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 - 2007.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

of 3.7 l/s per m2, or else if naturally ventilated must have 50% of two
opposing walls completely open. My client does not want to fit mechanical
extract as the cost will be significant in terms of capital and operational
costs, and the natural ventilation option using 50% of external wall space is
not practical.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
