[Bldg-rate] eQuest 3.63 refrigeration and water source heat pumps

Hi;
    I am currently trying to model a Retail store in eQuest 3.63. 
Can anyone please explain, to what extent eQuest 3.63 can model refrigeration? 
The
retail store has both open and closed refrigeration cases, There are
several refrigeration circuits. The heating and cooling in the retail
building
is done by Water source heat pumps connected to a common
loop. This common loop is used to take the heat from refrigeration
condensers. There are three backup boilers
attached to the same loop as well as a Fluid Cooler.
