[Equest-users] Equest limits

See the list below, provided by Scott Criswell last August. Looks like
the old limit for interior walls was 8192, but should be 12288 for 3.64.

Here is a rundown on the "MAX DEF" (maximum # of components) that can be
defined in the version of DOE-2.2 distributed w/ eQUEST version 3.63b,
as well as one change that will be present in the upcoming release of
v3.64.

          What is the maximum no of interior walls which can be
processed in equest .In one of building it gives error of interior
wall no beign processed exceeds "maximum of 8192 for this item".
