[Equest-users] Basecase partload curve for chiller

Dear All

As per Section G.3.1.2.1 of Appendix G from ASHRAE 90.1 part load
performance should be defined.
For Chiller full load COP 6.1 and Partload (IPLV)  6.4, Has any one idea how
to enter these part load in eQUEST for chiller.
