[Equest-users] regarding error in circulation loop.

dear all,
in water side hvac, i have design a chiller, circulation loop1 of 
chilled water with primary and secondary pump and circulation loop 2 for 
condenser water with condenser pump and a cooling tower. i have eneterd 
the values of all pumps power, chiiler capacity with it's EIR, cooling 
tower capacity and no. of fins.
when i am simulating , it shows error-

Loop: Circulation Loop 1               has zero design flow.
              Check input for consistency, or specify design loads.


plz guide me.
