[Equest-users] BEPS Report - Area Display

Dear All,

My BEPS and BEPU reportsd are displaying "inf" for site energy per gross 
area. Please see attached PDF. What is the meaning of this?

Also, what is the difference between gross area and net area displayed 
in these reports? How is eQuest calculating these areas?
