[Equest-users] DES applicability!!

Hello all,

          I am working on a project that needs some guidance from you all!

                   The project consists of 1 office buildings and 1
separate central plant building within LEED boundary. Central is also
supplying Chilled Water beyond LEED boundary. So,is it possible to
follow
DES methodology for this project?

Any feedback will be highly appreciated
