[Equest-users] WINDOW 4/5 import error message

Hi, 
I am trying to import form Window 5 a glazing but it seems that Equest doesn't allow any to do it. 
 
I tried with the sample Window 5 specification given by Equest and I have the same error message: Invalid Shading Coefficient (record 36)
 
Someons knows how to import a glazing from Window5?
