[Equest-users] Can I generate an SIR with eQuest?

I would like to use eQuest in the DOE's Weatherization Program for large existing multi-family buildings. In the past, I have only been concerned with ROI since SIRs only apply to the weatherization program. Any advice would be appreciated-Luke
