Christina,
Just declare the zones as conditioned with thermostat setting
temperatures that do not ask for active HVAC all the year through.

John,
thanks for the reply!
However when I choose the unconditioned Zone option then I don't have
the right to assign exhaust air on that zone. Any suggestions anyone?

Christina:
Any zome which has no heating or cooling is "unconditioned". And you
need to look as to what Parent HVAC system they are attached to.
Attaching unconditioned zones to a parent HVAC has been around since
DOE-2.1A.

Hello equesters!
I am asking for your help once again.
I am wondering if anyone could help me describe the zones that only have
exhaust fans.
And the zones that have supply and exhaust fans, but not heating or
cooling?
Are they "conditioned" or "unconditioned" spaces in the detailed design?
Are they connected to a Parent HVAC system? If so which type?
Where do I define the fan power and the flow rate?
Thanks!
