[Equest-users] Savings by Design fenestration U values

When running the SBD compliance portion of the document, it does not seem to
take the U-value of the fenestration. Is a calculation taking place that I
am not aware of? We selected the Solarban 60 which is supposed to have am
NFRC u value rating of 0.29 at the center of glass. 

But when the savings by design model is complete, it seems that the U-value
is 0.5.

Any help would be appreciated.
