[Equest-users] Test Error message " Value is Not Within Allowable Range"

If this is your first time using eQuest 3.64, then reinstall the program with all default. I did this and solved the problem.

When running the setup test for 3.64 I get the Error message:   " Value is Not Within Allowable Range"  Any suggestions ?
