[Equest-users] LEED demand numbers

The exterior lighting should have a demand of zero. The peak demand time
is almost always during the day and the exterior lights are off during
the day. Simply write a short narrative explaining this and they will
accept your answer.

Which value do you usually use for the demand number in the LEED
templates. I have been using the coincident demand value but that yields
a value of zero for exterior lighting (which always gets a comment from
LEED). Should I be using the non-coincident value?
