[Equest-users] Steam Utility

I am trying to model a VAV system that has a rooftop unit with a steam
preheat coil and numerous hot water reheat coils.  my modeling approach thus
far is to have a preheat coil set up on a "steam loop" with a steam meter to
gather the steam load and put a price tag on it.  The hot water loop is
attached as a zone heating source and i have uninstalled the system heating
source.  Is this the appropriate way to set this up?  Does the steam loop
work properly as a utility?
